Hi Graham, just a quick note of thanks for the job you did on my steamed up Velux window. To be honest I only popped out for a wee while and you were that quick I didn't realise you'd been and gone until the next day when I went to open the window only to find it was perfectly clear! When you came and priced up my 6 misted windows I was more than happy with the price but I have to admit I was bracing myself a bit for the usual upheaval when you get workmen round. I just couldn't believe how quickly you got the job done and I am so glad I called you. And so tidy too! I want to express my thanks for the recent replacement of two windows in the back bedroom. You had suggested that the installation might take about half an hour, when first selling the idea to me, which I thought was extremely optimistic. I could not believe that the total operation in bringing in the new units, removing the old, and installing the new took only 23 minutes ( yes, I timed it! ). There was no mess, a brilliant clear view again, with a 10 year guarantee, and a happy customer! Well done!
